These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r555 ("r555", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r555 online gaming platform available at https://r555.buzz, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment facilities and any related services offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and registered account holders.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any game or promotion on r555, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the r555 platform. r555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Each player may hold only one registered account on r555. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
KYC Verification Is Required

Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until rollover conditions are met.
Fair Play Is Mandatory
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated software, abuse of platform errors or exploitation of game vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden. r555 uses RNG-certified game engines and monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Violations result in permanent account closure.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on r555, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership or trust; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be an employee, director, officer or contractor of r555 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person; (e) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (f) not be self-excluded from gambling services on r555 or any other platform.
Clause 1.2
Registration & Account Accuracy
When registering an account on r555, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. r555 is not liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Clause 1.3
Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. r555 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify r555 support immediately and change your password from a secure device. r555 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)
Clause 2.1
Verification Requirements
r555 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time r555 deems necessary, you may be required to provide one or more of the following: (a) a copy of a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card, passport or driving licence; (b) proof of residential address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit; and (d) any additional documentation requested by r555 to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
Clause 2.2
Verification Timeline & Consequences
r555 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. r555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification cannot be completed, where documents provided are found to be fraudulent, or where a player fails to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Clause 2.3
One Account Policy
Each individual may register and operate only one account on r555. If r555 discovers that a single individual has registered multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods), r555 may close all related accounts without notice, void all bets placed across those accounts, and confiscate all balances. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been created in their name should contact r555 support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Deposits
r555 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your r555 account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. r555 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned or confiscated if identified.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless r555 approves an alternative method in writing. r555 aims to process most bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests may take longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. r555 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Clause 3.3
Currency & Exchange
All r555 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. r555 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, r555 will convert the amount at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include a conversion margin. r555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
Accepted Payment Methods
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in BDT. Payment methods are subject to change — check your account dashboard for the current list of available options.

Bonuses & Promotions
Clause 4.1
Bonus Eligibility & Claiming
Bonuses and promotional offers on r555 are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualifying criteria for each promotion. r555 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotional material. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by r555 are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on all r555 bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳20,000 before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Abuse
r555 monitors all accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, deliberately losing bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk (known as "low-risk wagering" or "matched betting"), colluding with other players to exploit promotions, and any other activity that r555 determines in its sole discretion to constitute misuse of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, r555 reserves the right to void any bonuses, cancel any associated winnings and close the account in question.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Clause 5.1
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities: (a) use of any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform; (b) exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in any game or platform feature; (c) any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud and chargeback fraud; (d) money laundering or use of r555 to process proceeds of illegal activity; (e) collusion with other players to fix outcomes or share information; (f) placing bets on behalf of third parties for commercial gain; and (g) any other conduct that r555 determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.
Clause 5.2
Game Integrity & RNG
All casino games available on r555 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. r555 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the respective game information panels. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and their own game integrity standards apply in addition to these Terms. Sports betting odds are generated by real-time data feeds and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.
Clause 5.3
Consequences of Violation
r555 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a suspected or confirmed violation of these Terms: (a) suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice; (b) void all bets placed during or after the violation period; (c) confiscate all funds held in the account, including deposited funds where they are found to have been obtained through fraudulent means; (d) share account information and evidence of misconduct with relevant authorities, payment processors and other gaming operators as permitted by applicable law; and (e) pursue civil or criminal legal action where r555 sustains losses as a result of the violation.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming
Clause 6.1
Player Protection Tools
r555 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of play; (c) Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours; (d) Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all r555 services for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. r555 strongly encourages any player who feels their gambling may be becoming a problem to make use of these tools immediately.
Clause 6.2
Age Verification & Minor Protection
r555 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. All new account registrations are subject to age verification. r555 may require documentary proof of age at any point during a player's account lifecycle. If r555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account is being used by a person under the age of 21, r555 will immediately suspend that account, conduct an investigation, and if the suspicion is confirmed, close the account permanently, void all gameplay and forfeit all balances. Intellectual Property, Liability & Amendments
Clause 7.1
Intellectual Property
All content on the r555 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio and visual content, is the exclusive property of r555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r555 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any r555 content without prior written consent.
Clause 7.2
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r555 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform; (c) any interruption, suspension or termination of service due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or actions outside r555's reasonable control; (d) losses resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform, including betting odds, game information or promotional materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits r555's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Clause 7.3
Amendments to These Terms
r555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the r555 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting r555 support.
Clause 7.4
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. r555 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute between you and r555 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting r555 support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. r555 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside its intended market.
